In addition to the excellent benefits we offer all staff, we also offer a Physician Development Program that encourages primary care physicians to spend up to 10% of salaried time thinking, creating, and advancing new and improved delivery systems. The program includes up to eighty hours of self-designed, professional study that can be spent at intensive workshops, in ongoing classes, or even in self-study programs.
