While the current Ebola outbreak continues in West Africa, there are no cases of Ebola in San Mateo County. San Mateo Medical Center is working closely with the San Mateo County Health System and following all protocols recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the California Department of Public Health (CDHP) on how to manage a suspected Ebola case and respond if a diagnosis is confirmed.
