It's Flu Season - Get Vaccinated!
The flu is getting an early start this year in San Mateo County. You can protect yourself and help prevent further spread of the flu by getting vaccinated. For more information on flu symptoms and where to get vaccinated, go to "What to Do About the Flu" on the San Mateo County Health System website.

Ebola Preparedness at San Mateo Medical Center
While the current Ebola outbreak continues in West Africa, there are no cases of Ebola in San Mateo County. San Mateo Medical Center is working closely with the San Mateo County Health System and following all protocols recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the California Department of Public Health (CDHP) on how to manage a suspected Ebola case and respond if a diagnosis is confirmed. Our priority is protecting our patients and our staff.
